Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These terms govern your use of TradeIntel at trade-intel.net. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

TradeIntel provides trade lane analysis, supply chain assessments, Incoterms guidance, and related decision-support tools. Visitors can run a limited number of free analyses; creating a free Procurement Workspace removes that limit and adds workspace features.

No professional advice

Trade data is sourced from public datasets such as UN Comtrade, WTO RTA-IS, ITC Market Access Map, World Bank WITS (UNCTAD TRAINS) and the WTO Timeseries database. Where live duty rates are shown, they are drawn from these official sources but may lag official publications, and rules-of-origin qualification for preferential rates is not verified. Scores, recommendations and analyses are indicative only and do not constitute professional trade, legal, customs, or financial advice. Always verify information with a licensed customs broker or qualified trade advisor before making procurement decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Don’t scrape or bulk-extract data in violation of the site’s robots directives.
  • Don’t misrepresent TradeIntel output as certified or professional advice.

Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeIntel and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service’s output.
